Welcome to Zynteko. Zynteko is operated by Apex Commercial LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or be doing so with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Please give us accurate contact and delivery information. Most delivery problems we see come from a mistyped address.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage its operation or security.
Our products
We sell home and vehicle security and safety equipment. We work to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate, but we don't guarantee that every detail is free from error.
Product appearance may vary slightly from images due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or manufacturing revisions by the supplier.
Where a product has a limitation that affects whether it will work for you, we state it plainly on the product page. Please read those notes before ordering.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
If a genuine pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.
Orders
Your order confirmation email means we've received your order. It doesn't mean we've accepted it.
We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, we suspect fraud, or the order information is inaccurate. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.
Full payment is required before we dispatch. If your payment is declined, we may cancel the order.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, including estimated timeframes, customs duties and what happens if an order runs late.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered. Until then, it's ours.
Returns and refunds
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for any reason.
Nothing in these Terms restricts the return and refund rights set out in that policy.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live. Where those laws give you more protection than these Terms do, those laws apply.
This includes, without limitation:
- United Kingdom: your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Australia: the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- Canada and the United States: your rights under applicable federal, provincial and state consumer protection law.

The Zynteko name, logo, site design and the text we write are owned by Apex Commercial LLC. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Some product images and specifications are supplied by our manufacturing partners and remain their property.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer rights described above, Apex Commercial LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Our products are aids to security and safety. They do not guarantee prevention of theft, damage, accident or loss, and they are not a substitute for insurance, alarm monitoring, or safe driving.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes apply from the date they're posted here, and the terms in force when you placed your order are the ones that apply to that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
If you live outside the United States, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country, or of your right to bring proceedings there where local law gives you that right.
